STAGE ONE: When a WIP is still in the creation & development stage - brainstorming, plot & setting, outline, first draft & initial editing process.
STAGE TWO: When a WIP is in the refinement & second edit stage - developmental, line & copy editing, proofreading and pre-publishing production.
STAGE THREE: When a WIP is the final edit & formatting stage - formatting for distribution, cover art, beta reader feedback & final edits.
A WIP is ready for distribution at 99%, at which point, participants in the development and select followers get the first copies before anyone else.
